Maximum Credit Person Person

Maximum Credit Per Person -  This field is available on the Activity Information page. This setting is used to control the number of credits that an attendee is claimed. 
 
Example:
 
The Activity is approved for a total of 5 credit hours. This Activity has multiple events on different dates with the same or different credit amounts.
 
Event 1 - 1/2 - 9 am to 2 pm -  5 credits 
Event 2 - 1/4 -  9 am to 2 pm -  5 credits
Event  3 - 1/6 - 1pm to 3 pm - 2 credits
Event 4 - 1/8 - 9 am  to 12 pm - 3 Credits
 
Maximum Credit Per Person is set up to 5.

Person A attends all the events - can claim for either
  • Event1, or
  • Event 2, or
  • Events 3 and 4 combined.
Person B attends Event 2 and Event 3 -  can claim for either
  • Event 2, or
  • Event 3 plus partial credits (3) for Event 2
