Credit Reports

1.      Activity Awarded Credit Summary (Activity must be selected): This report gives a list of people and the credits earned by them for the entire Activity

 

People > Credit Reports > Activity Awarded Credit Summary
 

 

2.      Credits Report: Use this report to get the people that are registrants for the activity and have not gotten credit or Claimed Credit.

 
Not Claimed: Use the filters Has CEU Credits = No; Assigned People = ActRegistrant; select the Activity; Activity Relationship= Activity, Member or Reviewer
 
Credit Claimed: Use the filters – Credit Status = Claimed/Awarded; Assigned People = ActRegistrant; select the Activity; Activity Relationship= Activity, Member or Reviewer
 

When you import people to attendance and would like to know now the credit claiming status, use the above options for claimed/ not claimed status. Use the below option for pending credits.

Pending Credits: Use the filters - Credit Status= Pending; Assigned People = ActRegistrant; select the Activity; Activity Relationship= Activity, Member or Reviewer

 

People> Credit Reports > Credits Report
 

 

 3.      Never claimed for any Activity: Use this report to get the people that are registrants for the activities and have not gotten credit for any of them. Use the filters Has CEU Credits = No; Assigned People = ActRegistrant

 

People > Person Reports > Contact Info
 
 
4.      Credits by Session: This report is the Activity awarded credit summary broken down into Session. Select the Activity before running the report. 
 
Sessions > CME Reports > Credits by Session

 

5.      Total number of Credits by Profession: totals for the number of each claiming type that has credit awarded for the selected sessions.
