How Enduring Materials Sessions are Shown and Hidden from Public listing

How Enduring Materials Sessions are Shown and Hidden from Public listing

1) The basic rules for Enduring Material to show in the Public listing are:
  • All Sessions flagged as 'public'
    • regardless of the Activity/Session dates
    • regardless of the Activity being 'Private' or 'public'
2) CME Deadlines
 
The above set up+ No CME Deadline added = Shows in the public listing
The above set up+ Active CME Deadline = Shows in the public listing
The above set up + Inactive Deadline( either the past end date or inactivated with the future end date) = hidden from Public listing
 
3) The rules for Enduring Material to be hidden from the Public listing
  • Automated Process - Make sure there is a CME deadline.
    • The Session falls off automatically on the Deadline end date and time. No other changes are required. If the Session has to be hidden prior to the Deadline end date change the date or inactivate by checking the open/close check box(updated Meeting times setup)
  • Manual Process - Just flag the Session 'Private'.
    • No other changes to the set up are required.
