July 2022 Release Notes

The below product updates are scheduled to go live July 5, 2022. Release notes for each update will be added here once it is available in your test environment.
 
  • Test User Status: Designate individuals as "test users" to bypass speaker ready room and speaker document deadlines. This allows you to walk through the front end speaker ready room flow without editing deadlines. For more information, review the updated help doc here.
  • Update Help Doc Links: All help documentation has been transferred from Teamwork to ZenDesk. Please bookmark the ZenDesk URLs and use this version going forward. The Teamwork links will no longer be updated.
  • Wizard Step Performance Improvement: Improved performance when signing into the front end and the wizard steps load. This is specific to wizard steps for form completion when many forms are assigned.
