Editing User Form Responses

Editing User Form Responses

For an Admin User to edit the form responses collected during registration:
 
  • Search for the person from the "People" menu in the admin
  • In the list, from the left 'Action' dropdown, select My Account
  • At the bottom of the My Account page, there will be a 'Questionnaires' list
  • In HighMarks, the forms that appear here are
    • 1) Activity Evaluations for activities where the user is assigned the ActRegistrant role for an activity
    • 2) Demographics Form for activities the user registered (or someone registered on their behalf)
Here is an example of someone who registered for the 2017 Southern Regional Meetings activity:
