Form Responses Report - Performance Improvements: performance updates made to the form responses report to increase speed and processing time, particularly on sites with a large number of activities and form data.
Download All (select reports): The following reports have been updated to allow the admin and the coordinator to select all or select specific files to download in bulk (as a zip file):
On the report filter screen, you will no longer need to check the "Download" box. You will always be able to download both the report and the files via the results screen for the reports mentioned above.
When you click Download Files (via the results screen)you will be taken to a screen where you can select all or specific files you want to include in the zip.
(In future releases, we will include this download all functionality in other reports that contain files - stay tuned!).
Accreditation Form Mapping: Responses on the Event Accreditation Forms will no copy over from the template to the session being created.
Room Conflict Report for Sessions and Functions: A new report has been added to Under Sessions (or Events) > Primary Reports called "Room Conflicts" which will report on room conflicts across both sessions and functions. The "Room Conflicts" report under the Functions tab has also been updated to reflect this.
